The box office operates around show times. ## What it is The building opened in 1937 as the Ritz Theatre and was bought in 2016 by Owen Smith and Mariana Weber Smith. It presents live music, comedy, film screenings and community events, and houses the Art Deco M Bar. ## Capacity 600 standing, 450 seated. The stage is 38 feet wide by 24 feet deep under 28 to 30 foot ceilings. ## Distances - Kia Forum: 0.8 miles - SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park: 1.4 miles - Intuit Dome: 1.7 miles - LAX: 4.3 miles ## Visiting - All ages venue. Legal drinking age is 21 and it is strictly enforced. - Cashless venue.
