Sending Us Your Promo Content

Keep it simple. This is how to get us what we need to promote your show. Most artists only need page one. If you work with an editor, the full technical specs are at the bottom.

The Simple Version

For the artist — this is all most of you need.
1

Record 3 to 5 short videos

About 15 seconds each. Shot on your phone is fine. Hold the phone upright (vertical), like a normal Reel or Story. Do a different bit, joke, or moment in each one so we can see what lands.

2

Make them look and sound good

Film in good light, facing a window if you can. Find a quiet spot so your audio is clear. Start with energy in the first 3 seconds — skip "hey guys, so." Say the show name, venue, and date out loud.

3

Send images too

1. One clear vertical photo of you. A good headshot or promo shot works.
2. If you have an admat include that.
3. Many admats include logos, if so send us one free of partner logos and extra information. These will be used on platforms the logos will not be readable (1080x1080) is preferred.

4

We handle the rest

Captions, graphics, final sizing, and minor edits are on us. Trim each clip close to 15 seconds first, then send the raw bits and the photo.

5

How to send it

Put everything in one folder (Google Drive or Dropbox) and send the link — as soon as you book. The more lead time we have, the better the marketing outcome.

+

Helpful extras: your Instagram and Facebook handles · how you want your name spelled or billed · and when in doubt, send more clips — we'd rather choose from too many than too few.

What to Say on Camera

For the artist — frameworks, not lines to read word for word. Use your own voice.
The four must-says — hit all four in every clip
01
The show name
02
The venue and city
03
The date
04
Where to get tickets

Open with a bit or a hook in the first 3 seconds, then land the four must-says at the end.

"[ Show name ], [ date & time ], The Miracle Theater in Inglewood. Tickets on sale now."

Comedy

Do a bit, not an ad. A fake excuse from a friend who can't make it, a warning about how wild your set is, a quick roast - then the details. Tease a topic, never the punchline.

Music

Sell the live feeling. Name a song people expect to hear, invite them to sing it back, tease new music. Say what the room will feel, then the details.

Cultural

Gospel, spoken word, theater, dance, tributes. Speak to the feeling people leave with - warmth, not hype. Name the occasion, then the details.

Look at the camera like it's one person · keep it to 15 seconds · say the date and venue clearly - people screenshot to remember.

Quick don'ts
No screenshots or re-downloads from Instagram or TikTok — quality drops and watermarks break delivery.
No other platform's logo or watermark (TikTok, YouTube) — Meta limits reach on those.
Don't fill the frame with text — heavy text suppresses delivery.

That's it — when in doubt, send more

Drop your folder link to marketing@themiracleinglewood.com as soon as you book — the more lead time, the better the outcome.
